Who should attend?

The Inclusive Leadership Workshop is designed for individuals looking to harness the power of inclusion to lead more effectively. Whether you’re preparing for a new leadership role, or an experienced leader looking to develop additional capabilities around leading inclusively, this online workshop will help you build skills to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion for yourself, your team, and your organization. This workshop will also benefit individuals new to diversity, equity, and inclusion roles and anyone who wishes to advance their inclusive leadership skills. The workshop is appropriate for any industry and organizational size.

The Center for Leadership is a recognized provider of both Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and SHRM, offering Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities. Participants of this program will be eligible to receive CEUs and SHRM-PDCs with participating professional organizations.
