Sample Custom Programs

  • Leadership Fundamentals for Elevance Health (formerly Anthem)

We developed a one-day Leadership Fundamentals program for Anthem specially designed for mid-level managers to build a shared mindset and hone collaborative skills and self-insight as effective tools for building a stronger organization. This one-day program challenged individuals to define key factors essential for more effective workgroups.

The program begins with discussion topics that included successfully leveraging personality and using communication strategies to maximize performance. In the afternoon, participants completed an experiential learning activity designed to show how collaboration and teamwork breed success. The day ended with a case study on how a great leader’s decisions are shaped and influenced by his/her values. These foundational principles challenge participants to think about leadership as a personal and authentic journey built on tangible skills and behaviors that have seen tangible results-driven solutions in the workplace.

  • The Emerging Leader Program for Carnival Corporation

We partner with Carnival Corporation to design and deliver The Emerging Leader Program for shoreside managers across North America. This comprehensive development experience prepares experienced managers for leadership and growth opportunities, cultivating the strategic mindset and core capabilities required to drive measurable organizational impact.

The program begins with clarifying personal core values to sharpen decision-making and align personal and organizational goals. Participants then learn practical frameworks to optimize time and energy, eliminate productivity leaks, and delegate strategically. As the curriculum advances, leaders build hands-on coaching skills to spark accountability, alongside strategies to navigate power, build trust, and influence without formal authority. The journey concludes by examining the mechanics of high-impact team collaboration and teaching leaders to craft compelling narratives that communicate vision and inspire action. Between sessions, participants apply an ongoing Leadership Agenda directly within their workplace, ensuring new behaviors are immediately tested, refined, and embedded into daily business operations.

  • The Leadership Labs for the Miami Fellows

We partner with The Miami Foundation in the presentation of The Leadership Labs for the Miami Fellows program. Each cohort of the Miami Fellows program is comprised of young executives who are inspired by our community’s potential, have demonstrated ethical leadership, and have the dedication to do more.

The Leadership Labs consist of a 2.5-day opening session, followed by 3 morning labs scheduled throughout the course of the cohort. We provide sessions that utilize in-depth assessments and critical thinking tools to inform the leadership and decision-making characteristics of the Fellows. The sessions are custom designed to assist in identifying and leveraging a broad spectrum of competencies and assessments to assist the Fellows in developing personal and organizational strategies to address complex leadership issues. This program provides participants with tools to:

    • Ensure leaders who have a strong sense of self, make the right choices when it matters the most.
    • Reflect on their personal leadership characteristics and identify areas of focus and development.
    • Identify and be able to articulate a personal set of core values.
    • Acquire practical tools that ensure effective and successful conversations.
    • Develop a concept of vision that creates meaning and provides a compelling way forward.
    • Create a framework for long term and continuous leadership development.
