• Day 1 – 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET in Miami, FL
  • Program orientation and introduction
  • Values in leadership: clearly define the role of personal values in leadership to better understand your decision-making process
  • Leadership in action: practice leadership behaviors through an energizing activity that reveals how you navigate decision-making, collaboration, and goal-setting in real time
  • Welcome reception
• Day 2 – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET in Miami, FL
  • Mastering team decision-making: learn to recognize styles, guide more productive discussions, and foster collaboration, creativity and clarity across your team
  • Leading with strengths: utilize a strengths-based approach to leadership development and learn to leverage your strengths and work through your weaknesses
  • Enhancing internal innovation: develop an intrapreneurial mindset by applying a globally-proven framework to uncover opportunities, unlock value, and cultivate a culture of intrapreneurship
• Day 3 – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET in Miami, FL
  • Brand thinking for better leadership: apply marketing principles and behavioral science to craft compelling messages, build trust, and inspire action
  • Narratives for clarity and buy-in: develop a playbook for visionary leadership while being authentically you and understand the importance of vision and narratives in creating alignment and engagement at all organizational levels
  • Leadership presence: elevate your executive presence by learning techniques to build rapport, respond strategically, manage unpredictable moments, and turn difficult questions into strategic opportunities
  • Developing a realistic action plan for personal growth
• Executive Coaching Sessions via Zoom

  A unique benefit of participating in The High-Impact Executive Program is the opportunity to meet one-on-one with an executive coach. These sessions will allow you to enlist objective feedback from a trained professional on issues or matters of particular concern to you. You may also use these sessions to gain further insight on some of the sessions or tools discussed during the program.

  This program includes two coaching sessions scheduled at the participants availability between the in-person and virtual program dates. Each session is 50-minutes long and will be conducted virtually via Zoom.

• Day 4 – 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET, via Zoom
  • Building relationships and alliances: learn to cultivate meaningful connections, leverage strategic alliances, and navigate professional networks to advance your careers and foster a supportive community for leaders
  • Developing healthy workplace cultures: create and foster a healthy work culture for your organization and team, including employee involvement, work-life balance, employee growth and development, health and safety, and employee recognition
• Day 5 – 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET, via Zoom
  • Leading your team through crisis: learn to respond effectively, maintain team cohesion, and guide your team through uncertainty toward strength and stability.
  • Leading change before it derails: learn a powerful “pre-mortem” technique to identify risks early, uncover hidden assumptions, and boost the success rate of new initiatives
  • Program wrap-up and closing
