    The Power in a Paradox

A paradox is defined as a seemingly absurd or contradictory statement that when investigated or explained may prove to be true. Holding a contradiction in balance has led to some of the deepest insights and some of the biggest successes. Michelle will cover three paradoxes that appear in leadership, in gender relations and in our beautiful home – Miami. Using personal experiences from her past as a teacher and current community leader paired with various research studies including Babson College’s Diana Study on gender; she will present the three topics that will leave you viewing the world in a new light.
