• Continuing Education
  The Center for Leadership is a recognized provider of both Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®. Participants of this program will be eligible to receive CEUs and SHRM-PDCs with participating professional organizations.

  • Strengths-based approach to leadership: understand the role personal strengths play in our leadership
  • Personality and leadership: understand how who we are affects our leadership behaviors
• September 21 – 1:00pm to 5:00pm ET
  • Values in leadership: clearly define the role of personal values in leadership to better understand your decision making process
  • Power and influence: understand the importance of power and influence and how to use both in your leadership position
• September 22 – 1:00pm to 5:00pm ET
  • Healthy work cultures: create and lead a healthy work culture in your organization
  • Leading change: gain a fresh perspective on how to lead change for even greater achievements
• September 23 – 1:00pm to 5:00pm ET
  • Leadership roundtable: the opportunity to participate in a roundtable with an industry women leader
  • Introduction to action plans: craft a personal action plan for implementation upon returning to work
  • Appreciations and Lessons Learned
• Weeks of Sept. 26 and Oct. 17– Executive Coaching Sessions

  A unique benefit of participating in The Women Leaders Program is the opportunity to meet one-on-one with an executive coach. These sessions will allow you to enlist objective feedback from a trained professional on issues or matters of particular concern to you. You may also use these sessions to gain further insight on some of the sessions or tools discussed during the program. This program includes two executive coaching sessions. Your sessions will be approximately 50 minutes long.
