Carol Lempert

FACILITATOR

Carol Lempert works with senior leaders across the United States (and around the world) – helping them increase their executive presence by leveraging techniques actors use for great stage and screen presence. 

She has been a session facilitator at the Center for Leadership at FIU since 2016.

Her sessions get people up, moving, and practicing techniques – all with the goal to maximize transfer of learning and deeper growth. Participants leave with a better sense of how they can connect with the hearts and minds of their teams in order to move them toward desired business outcomes.

Among her previous roles, Carol served as VP of Learning for a boutique consulting company, working both internally with staff and providing support to external client engagements.

She has partnered with Fortune 500 Companies including Abbott Laboratories, Bristol Myers Squibb, Danaher and its 18 Operating Companies, Guardian Life Insurance, IAT Insurance Group, JP Morgan Chase, The Brandtech Group, Women in Telecommunications, The Association of Women in Energy, and Comcast Women on the Move.

Carol is a sought-after expert having been interviewed and quoted in: Forbes, The Financial Post, The National Post, and The London Free Press. She received her master’s degree in communication from York University. You may have spotted her in various films or on stage. The New York Times called her...'a charming performer, with great humour.

She's been known to eat Häagen-Dazs ice cream for breakfast.
