Michelle Abbs is Miami Director at Mana Tech. Mana Tech's mission is to provide the physical and digital infrastructure for a world-class tech community to thrive in the heart of Downtown Miami. We are a tech community-building platform and investment vehicle, providing a unique combination of business services and real estate to meet the needs of both domestic and international startups.Ingrained in the Miami ecosystem for 15 years, Michelle has set vision, formed culture and community, and led groups to substantial results in the education, entrepreneurship and technology sectors.Previous to her role at Mana Tech, she served as the Director of Babson College’s WIN Lab accelerator program where she supported over 60 female-founded startup companies. During her tenure, the founders created more than 65 jobs, raised over 6 million in capital and realized on average 5x revenue growth.Michelle was named the Emerging Leader of South Florida in 2018. She serves as a thought leader on entrepreneurship and gender topics having recently founded The Male Ally Project: to engage men in the pursuit of gender equity through allyship. - Peter Montadas
Mr. Montadas is the President and Co-founder of Momentum Consulting Corporation. He has more than 24 years of experience in Enterprise Applications Development/Integration, IT Business Solutions Development, Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing Solutions, as well as Project Management. Currently, Peter has primarily focused on the business development of technology solutions for the firms’ enterprise corporate customers, across multiple industry verticals such as travel, hospitality, retail, and transportation.
Mr. Montadas obtained his Bachelor in Science in Electrical Engineering with a major in Computer Engineering from the University of Miami and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The American University in Washington D.C.
