Niloofar Ghods, Ph.D.

Niloofar Ghods is the Leader of Strategic Talent Programs for the Customer Experience Organization at Cisco Systems. Prior to her current role she was the Senior HR Partner supporting the Customer Experience’s Global Renewals, Customer Success, and Partner Practice organizations. Prior to that, Niloofar was part of the team at Cisco responsible for accelerating the readiness of the senior talent to transform the business and culture. Her work included executive assessments and development profiles for high-potential senior executives for nomination, development, and selection purposes. In addition to being an executive coach herself, she also built and managed Cisco’s executive and leadership coaching practice. She also conducted team coaching and trainings for senior leadership teams.

Prior to Cisco, Niloofar consulted for YSC, assessing, and coaching senior executives of Fortune 100 organizations in the US, London, and South Africa. She also worked for Dell in their Global Talent Management Team and was responsible for designing and delivering integrated talent management programs for Dell’s 100k employees globally. Prior to the corporate world, Niloofar worked with individuals, couples, children, and groups as a clinical therapist. She holds a dual doctoral degree in Industrial-Organizational and Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Irvine. She is an active affiliate of The Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School and is a member of the American Psychological Association, Society of Consulting Psychology, and Industrial Organizational Psychology. She has lived in London, Iran, Hong Kong, and South Africa and speaks fluent Farsi.
