Brian Dunn is the founder and President of Best Dunn Enterprises, Inc. a professional development company focused on helping executives and teams improve their performance in the workplace. He combines effective interviewing skills with results from standardized assessments, such as the Myers-Briggs and the Strong Campbell, to provide customized solutions for his clients.
Brian Dunn's passion is in helping executives and teams improve their performance in the workplace.
With an in-house career spanning various leadership roles in global consumer products, telecom, federal government, and education sectors, Brian brings deep expertise as a facilitator for the Center for Leadership at FIU. He is both a facilitator of sessions and faculty lead across various programs and has worked with the Center since 2012.
Among his many roles, Brian served as Vice President of the Principal Leadership Development Program with the NYC Leadership Academy, and as the VP responsible for the high potential and senior leader developmental programs at Comcast Cable's engineering division. He also held various roles related to employee engagement, training, and people growth at organizations including Nestlé Foods and the Department of Labor.
In addition to his regular work with clients at the Center for Leadership, through his company, Best Dunn Enterprises, Inc., he consults with organizations, provides executive coaching to leaders in Fortune 500 companies, and delivers professional development training to multiple audiences . Brian is certified in Executive Coaching, the Strong Campbell Interest Inventory, the Birkman Personality, DiSC and MBTI assessments as well as the Thomas Kiliman Conflict Modes Indicator. Brian holds an M.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in economics from Manhattanville University.
