She has more than 17 years of experience in human resources and talent management. Loren's fast-growing resume details vast international leadership experience at some of the globe's leading companies, across various sectors, including technology, healthcare, and consumer goods. She joined VML in 2016 as the first Regional Chief People Officer for Latin America and was promoted to her current role in 2021.

Loren obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from FIU.
