- A tech-focused manager, such as a technical lead, IT project manager or systems administrator
- A leader with two or more years of experience
- Formally or informally responsible for managing others

The following topics and schedule are subject to change.
- Day 1: 1:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. ET (In-Person at FIU MMC)
- Welcome and Program Introduction
- The power of interpersonal dynamics: unlock the power of interpersonal dynamics and take your leadership to new heights
- Values in leadership: clearly define the role of personal values in leadership to better understand your decision-making process
- Opening reception
- Day 2: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET (In-Person at FIU MMC)
- Power and influence: understand the importance of power and influence and how to use both in your leadership position
- Distinguished leadership panel: gain insights from senior executives as they share their experiences, challenges, and advice on leading effectively
- Mastering team decision-making: delve into the art of leading teams and uncover the dominant thinking styles of you and your team
- Manage your energy; manage your time: learn practical suggestions to spot and minimize time intrusions, achieve greater productivity, and make appropriate delegation decisions
- Communication and Coaching Feedback Session (Virtual)
In this program, participants will have the chance to utilize an AI-integrated feedback tool to receive real-time, objective, and impartial feedback on their communication and coaching skills.
Participants will schedule two meetings with a direct report through the platform, where they will receive AI-generated recommendations for improving their communication and coaching skills.
Each participant will also engage in one, 30-minute meeting with an experienced coach to review the feedback provided. These sessions will take place between the February and March program dates.
- Day 3: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET (Virtual via Zoom)
- Coaching others: learn to provide tactful, well-timed, and appropriate developmental feedback to your team and colleagues
- Communicating your influence: amplify your strategic influence by learning proven methods to communicate across all organizational levels
