Sabrina Thomas is a student assistant with the Center for Leadership at Florida International University. She joined the Center in 2025 to assist with daily operations and provide logistical support for its various programs and events.
Before joining the Center, Sabrina worked as a human resources assistant at Florida Preferred Group, serving as the primary HR representative for a company with more than 200 employees. Her responsibilities included onboarding, employee training, benefits administration, employee relations, and payroll support. She also developed business proposals that helped secure a five-year contract with Telemundo.
Sabrina is currently a senior at Florida International University, pursuing a degree in business administration with a focus on human resource management and a certificate in entrepreneurship. She is also a member of the Honors College.
