Kristyn Wilczek is the Associate Director for the Center for Leadership at Florida International University, where she oversees strategic operations, including budget, marketing and communications, human resources, and general administration. Alongside The Center’s directors, she also develops and oversees strategic operations to advance The Center’s mission.
Since joining the Center in 2010, Kristyn has held progressively senior roles, leading operations, managing leadership development initiatives, and supporting high-profile programs and events. Prior to FIU, she coordinated continuing and professional education programs at Rutgers University.
Kristyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Women and Gender Studies from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University.
