Jane Park is a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Leadership and a Doctoral Student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Florida International University. In her research, Jane currently focuses on identifying boundary conditions that surround the relationship between psychological contract breach and turnover intention.
She holds a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from University at Albany, SUNY, where she examined (1) the moderating role of personality on the relationship between person-organization fit and turnover, (2) trainer just and injustice behaviors, and (3) performance rating calibration meetings.
