Monique Renée is an Executive Coach and Facilitator at the FIU Center for Leadership with a deep focus in Strengths Based Leadership. She also serves as Leadership & Negotiations Faculty for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, teaching at both Miami Dade College and Babson College. She is known for her ability to help leaders align strategy, energy, and execution—supporting both personal sustainability and organizational impact.
She holds an Executive MBA from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Florida State University. Monique is certified and trained in multiple leadership, wellbeing, and performance methodologies and brings a multidisciplinary lens to her coaching and facilitation work.
Throughout her career, Monique has partnered with global organizations and institutions including Mastercard International, Marriott International, Microsoft, BDO, Bank of America, and other professional services firms, healthcare organizations, law firms, and mission-driven enterprises. Her work supports executive teams and high-potential leaders in navigating complexity, managing change, strengthening culture, and leading with clarity in high-pressure environments.

Magazine, Voyage Miami, and was recognized by Ford Motor Company as a Mujer Legendaria for excellence in leadership and community impact. She has contributed to Forbes online and served as a guest writer and thought partner for multiple leadership and wellbeing platforms.

Her approach integrates strategic frameworks with embodied leadership practices—supporting leaders to create meaningful results without burnout.
When she is not coaching or teaching, Monique is creating content for her Podcast and Substack: The Flow Frequency, enjoying time with her family, exploring nature, traveling, and continually studying emerging and ancient practices that support conscious leadership, personal growth, and spirituality.
