The Leadership Lectures: Sydney Finkelstein, Ph.D.

A superboss is a star maker

“A superboss is, first, an icon in their industry, someone who has successfully pioneered new business models, products or services that have generated billions of dollars,” says leadership expert Dr. Sydney Finkelstein. “But more importantly, a superboss is a star maker. They are talent spawners who spot, train and develop a future generation of leaders. Being able to be a member of a superboss’s team is a boost to a career like none other.”
