- A recently appointed leader or an informal leader at work.
- Looking to hone your leadership skills.
- Preparing to take on leadership roles.
Jumpstart your Leadership
Each program takes place virtually, with real-time instruction and opportunities for collaboration with world-class instructors and the rest of your leadership cohort.
Versions of this program are unique, so participants may attend in any order. If you have previously attended an LEP but do not recall which one, please contact us at lead@fiu.edu so we can provide you with that information.
