Crystal Fernandez

Crystal Fernandez joined the Center for Leadership at Florida International University (The Center) as the Jr. Content Strategist, in August 2021. In this role, Crystal is responsible for creating content to promote the research and programs offered by The Center. She also assists in developing and implementing marketing efforts with respect to digital marketing, social media, and search campaigns.

Prior to joining The Center, Crystal was the Program Assistant at the FIU Office of Career and Talent Development where she created connections with employers who are interested in hiring our Panthers. While at Career and Talent Development, she also assisted in the promotion and planning of career events and implemented continuous improvements for the growth of the programs.

Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication. She received her Master of Mass Communication from Florida International University in 2022. She is also a registered Yoga Teacher and licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor.
