Mr. Gonzalez is President of MGM Consulting and MGM Capital and former Vice President, Global Operations, Procter & Gamble. Since 1989, Mr. Gonzalez has held various leadership positions in marketing, sales, operations, and innovations in the U.S. and Latin America, including General Manager for Operations and Innovation P&G North America, Director for Market Strategy and Planning in various categories for North America, and Regional Director for Latin America global team. Mr. Gonzalez obtained an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a graduate degree from Harvard University in addition to being a visiting scholar at Pembroke College, Oxford University in England. He is also an Alumni of Leadership Florida: Executive class VII. Mr. Gonzalez serves on the Board of Directors of All Sports Boost, Inc. and is an Advisory Board Director for BBVA Compass Bank South Florida.
Mr. Gonzalez has been active in civic organizations including currently serving on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Alfalit, Inc. and the Harvard Club of Miami, where he is on the Schools Committee. Previously, Mr. Gonzalez served on the Zoological Society of Florida Board of Directors where he served as Chairman of the Board Service Committee. Mr. Gonzalez was also appointed by the Secretary of Commerce to serve on the Industry Trade Advisory Committee for Consumer Goods (ITAC-4). Mr. Gonzalez was elected Vice-Chairman of ITAC-4 by fellow committee members. Mr. Gonzalez was awarded by the National Hispanic Medical Association / National Hispanic Health Foundation a Hispanic Health Leadership Award 2014 at the New York Academy of Medicine in New York, NY. The Hispanic Health Leadership Award is presented to outstanding individuals who have served in significant leadership roles and have improved the health of Hispanics and other underserved populations.
