Ajay Rama Ponnapalli is a Graduate Assistant with The Center for Leadership at Florida International University and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Management and International Business. He joined the Center in 2013 and has co-authored two papers which were selected for presentations at national conferences. Additionally, he worked on research projects focused on Servant Leadership as well as workplace gratitude.
Ajay holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Florida International University. Continuing his graduate research, he focuses on individual differences in applicants and how these relate to their perceptions of organizational attraction as well as how religious expression is perceived at work. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Osmania University (India) in Engineering, with a focus on Electronics and Communications.
Ajay is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management.
